referenced project, we have made
the following comments:

We would discourage the lots facing MacArthur, even with
access off the alley in the rear. No drives, whatsoever,
will be allowed to access directly onto MacArthur. No
parking can be allowed along MacArthur. Both of these will
cause inconveniences to those homeowners who purchase these
lots and be difficult to enforce.
The interior streets need to intersect at 90 degrees, if at
all possible.
The minimum depth lot for this type zoning is 100', not 90'
as shown, if it is to remain TH-1.
Does not appear to be provisions for common open space,
community center or recreational building.
We would encourage a frontage road along MacArthur, if you
desire to have those lots facing MacArthur.
