Enclosed please find copies of all documents required by the City of
Coppell for the Preliminary Plat submittal of a subdivision including:
17 copies of preliminary plat
17 copies of preliminary landscape plan
17 copies of preliminary site/engineering plan
i reduced copy of preliminary plat
I reduced copy of site/engineering plan
1 copy of completed subdivision application
i check for filing fee
We request that the city review this submittal and notify us of its find-
ings at your earliest convenience.
In addition, we would like to request a variance to the Subdivision Ordi-
nance at this time. Due to the grading ~nd landscape situation dictated by
this project along MacArthur Boulevard, we feel that the screening wall
typically required would not serve any purpose. We will provide scale
drawings showing the relationship between our finished project and Mac-
Arthur Boulevard illustrating the situation.
If you have any further questions regarding this submittal, please call
