Dear Shohree:
As per our conversation on October 3rd we have agreed to leave the rear
building line shown on the preliminary plat at 20 feet with the understand-
ing that a clarification indicating that this 20 foot line applies only at
the garage to accommodate off street parking and that the rear building
line is 5 feet on the rest of the buildable area of each lot (as stated on
page 21, section 14.3.1.c of the City of Coppell Zoning Ordinance) shall be
indicated on the final plat.
We appreciate your assistance in making these clarifications and look for-
ward to working with you on this and future projects.
