SUBJECT: DENTON TAP ROAD; DENTON, TEXAS

We received you fax on April 13, 1995 regarding proceeding with
the borings on Denton Tap Road. We are finishing up Conceptual
plans this week which include locations of underground utilities
and generally indicate stations along the roadway. We suggest
you wait until we send you a set of plans prior to performing the
infield borings. It appears the offsite storm drainage borings
will not be needed at this time. The property owner is not in
favor of this alignment and may object to allowing access to make
the borings anyhow. We suggest deleting the two offsite borings.
