Please be advised that we are general counsel for the City of Coppell, Texas. We have
been forwarded information that an access bridge which was constructed by your predecessor
IDeated at the southeast comer of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Avenue within the City of
Coppell is in a state of dilapidation. This bridge provides access that should have been
mahatained by you as the property owner. From a review of a visual inspection of the bridge, it
appears that the bridge is in a state of disrepair and the fear is that the same wiU collapse. We
would ask that you either undertake to remove that access or repair the bridge as you deem
appropriate. We would ask that you please contact our office within fifteen (15) calendar days
from receipt of this letter to advise of the arrangements to either replace, demolish o~ repair the
structure that is currently in place.
