6. Locate t valve S.E. of building.
7, Replace lid on water valve STB out S.W. of bufldlng'
8. Mark nH F.H.V. in red on curb two F.It.
9. F.H. on S.W. side of bul~dlng tutu to face south & remove plastic from bottom.
10. Need 3' extension on F.H. valve N,W. of building.
11. Need 3' extension on STB to N.W. of buildillg 1n valve p~st vault.
12. Paper Work on DC in 2 vaults.
paper work on DC in lrr. Box.
14. Clean meter can inside below lower firingS.
Cut down around vault N.W. of building for drainage.
16. Rzlse manhole to groulld high 1~ malxbole south of building.
17. Mark in red on curb all mau~les M.H.
18. 2~ manhole from building need to grout pipe inside.
