As discussed, GEE Consultants, Inc., indicated that due to thc type of soil on site at the Tow'ct
(,enter West project, Lime stabilization was not required.
It was my understanding that you had indicated approval as long as the owner increased the
c~mcrete strength from 3,000 PSI to 4,000 PSI. The owner a~'ees to your request; and attached
the concrete specifications requested of TXI for the concrete Io be installed by HCI the general
contractor or its sub-contractor.
