To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Garreth Campbell. I am employed by the city of Coppell
Engineering Department as a Construction Inspector. I am the
Engineering Departments representative on the Walgreen~s project°
I did advise John Dixon, the Walgreen's Superintendent, that he
could dump good clean fill on the Park Department site on the east
side of Denton Tap, north of Parkway Blvd.
The Park Department has been actively seeking clean fill material
for that site for the past couple of years and had approached me on
several occasions soliciting same. I do now understand that the
Park Department no longer needs fill material at that location°
This message, however, apparently never reached the excavation
contractor on the Walgreen's project in time.
