Dcar Sir:
The owners of property that have frontage along Sandy Lake Road in Coppell have
suffered enormous losses during the past year due to the ongoing road construction and
improvcments. Among others, our losses have included loss of tenants, loss of revenue,
destruction of our irrigation system and damage to our landscaping. We have also
incurred additional maintenance costs duc to the large volume of dust and dirt.
Recently our landscape contractor, Wheeler Company, made repairs to the N/E comer of
Town Oaks where the paving section destroyed portions of the irrigation system. At that
time, Wheeler was advised by represcntatives of the City/Contractor to fotwvard an
invoice for the damage to our property caused by the road construction. I have enclosed
a copy of Invoice #10831 from Wheeler Company that covcrs repairs to our irrigation
system at the property located at 120 S. Denton Tap Road, Coppell, TX.
Please remit payment in the amount of $470.95 to:
