Dear Sir:
Thc owners of property that have frontage along Sandy Lake Road in Coppell have
suffered enormous losses during the past year due to the ongoing road construction and
improvements. Among others, our losses have included loss of tenants, loss of revenue,
destruction o four irrigation system and damage to our landscaping. We have also
incurred additional maintenance costs duc to the large volume of dust and dirt.
Recently our landscape contractor, Wheeler Company, made repairs to the N/E comer of
Town Oaks where tbe paving section destroyed portions of the irrigation system. At that
time, Wheeler was advised by representatives of the City/Contractor to forward an
invoice for the damage to our property caused by the road construction. I havc enclosed
a copy of Invoice #10831 from Wheelcr Company that covers repairs to our irrigation
system at thc property located at 120 S. Denton Tap Road, Coppell, TX.
Please remit payment in the amount of $470.95 to:
