Dear Ken:
Pursuant to your request, I have attached the estimate for the cost to repair and restore the
landscaping, retaining wall and irrigation at thc Shopping Center at Sandy Lake and MacArthur.
As I also mentioned during our conversation, the East/Kimbcl Court curb cut driveway is
damaged and we need to replace a damaged section caused by heavy equipment/track hoe.
The 24+ month construction time has been devastating for thc Tenants and their ability to be a
viable business Please contact me so we may meet at the site and proceed with the restoration
work as soon as possible.
