Dear Mark,
Enclosed you will find two (2) Sanitary Sewer Easement parcels for MacArthur Park. In our
meeting that we had prior to going to bid, Kent Collins had mentioned that we would need
to maintain the required minimum of nine (9') feet of separation between the existing water
line and the proposed sanitary sewer line to be built with the park project. To obtain the
required separation we were forced to go outside of the city right-of-way. The following
easements address this requirement.

BEGINNING at a '/=-inch iron rod with NDM plastic cap for corner on the Northerly right-of-
way of MacArthur Boulevard and being the Southwest corner of the remaining 4.480 acre
