PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT

North Texas Contracting, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "NTC" offers to
furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the performance of
the following described work in connection with construction or
improvements at "Town Center Rd "in Coppell__ Tx. having a legal
description in Dallas County-for "City of Coppell C/6 Ken Griffin. All
work will be performed in accordance with this proposal for the
considerations shown:

SPECIFICS OF THIS PROPOSAL:
1. This is a unit price proposal to complete the work as quoted above.
This proposal and any bonds offered are conditioned upon the owners
financing arrangements for this work being acceptable to NTC.
2. Our prices are based on constructing all work "as bid" during our
current utility mobilization. If this work requires an additional move
in please add $1200.00.
3. This proposal includes sales tax on the un-incorporated materials. No
sales tax is included for the incorporated materials. Owner to furnish
NTC w/proper documentation or pay the costs of sales tax for the
incorporated materials.
4. This proposal EXCLUDES: - Permits, inspection fee's or any other fee's of any type.
- Relocation or support of existing utilities unless specifically quoted.
- No conduit, sleeving, irrigation repair/construction, light pole work,
or other utilities not specifically quoted are included.
- No additional staking or testing is included.
- No grade to drain or swale excavation is included.
- No haul-off of pipe spoils is included.
- No seeding, grassing, or other landscape work is included.

Any controversy or claim arising between the parties of this contract

with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
NTC assumes no liability for damage to existing utility appurtenances
located within the limits of our work.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, this proposal does not include
any fees required by the City for construction of this project.
