Attached please find one set of plans for Sandy Lake Road from Kimbel Kourt to the East City Limit Line.
These plans represent our 90% submittal.
While these plans represent a level of completion that exceeds 90%, there are two areas we feel need
additional work as outlined below:
1. The traffic control plan and drainage connections for adjacent areas recently developed are not
shown.
2. The final quantities have not been updated. We will update these upon receipt of your comments.
We will continue to pursue these items during your review. In addition, we are available to answer questions
