The appropriate right-of-way should be dedicated for Sandy Lake Road. In discussions with Planning, it is my understanding that to maintain the requirements for SF12 zoning that 17' will be dedicated as right-of-way with an additional 9' dedicated as a sidewalk/utility easement. The driveway access from what will be Lot l-B-1 should be removed from Sandy Lake Road. There should be some type of private access easement provided across Lot l-B-2 to gain access to Oak Trail. As per the Subdivision Ordinance, no lot should be provided with direct access to a collector or arterial street.
