Water and Sewer Plan
1. To prevent the residence from being out of water while the 8" water line is extended
to the south at some time in the future, an additional 8" valve should be installed
approximately 20' from the end of the proposed 8" water line.
Preliminary Paving and Drainage Plan
1. Proposed 8' inlet adjacent to Lot 6 will not work taking into consideration the gutter
transitions. The location should be reevaluated.
2. A detention area is shown at the southeast corner of the subdivision. Please provide
additional information on how and where the water will drain from the detention
area. Generally, the drainage from this site should be in a south to southeast
direction.
