J~M1NAR~ ,,"FINAL REV!CoED 1. Driveway spacing and locations along the SH 121 frontage road must be approved and permitted by TxDOT. 2. Utility intbrmation and phasing will be further addressed during engineering review. 3. Based on the proposed use of Tract 4, a deceleration/right turn lane is required on MacArthur Blvd. at the northern-most driveway. It appears that there is adequate space to allow for approximately 100' of transition and 75 ' of vehicle storage. This may require the dedication of additional right-of-way, the removal of some trees, and the reconstruction of a storm sewer inlet. 4. Additional easements and utilities may be deemed necessary during engineering review.
