1. Continue working with the Engineering Dept. regarding outstanding floodplain issues.
2. The plat shall not be filed until all floodplain issues have been resolved.
Sheet C3 shows storm system stub-outs to the Estrada property to the west. Will off-site
grading be necessary to direct the flow of water into the system? If so, obtain written
permission from the property owner.
4. Provide more detail for the "Y" inlet that connects Lines A and D. Will this be utilized to
allow for positive drainage from the Estrada property to the west?
