1. Continue working with the Engineering Dept. regarding outstanding floodplain issues.
2. The plat shall not be filed until all floodplain issues have been resolved.
3. Drainage issues with the property to the west will continue to be evaluated during
engineering review.
4. Additional easemems and utilities may be deemed necessary during engineering review.
