Dear Mr. Favre:
We are submitting a Traffic Impact Analysis Report for Riverchase
development in the City of Coppell. Please forward two copies of the report
to the St. Louis and Southern Railroad authority for approval of grade
crossing at Fairway Drive and installation of 2-3" diameter PVC conduits
crossing under the railroad. These conduits will be necessary for the
recommended signalization and street lighting.
