RE: Fairway Drive Improvements
Dear Mr. Daniel:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Please reseal the construction plans.
2. All fill shall be done in maximum 8" lifts and compacted and tested to a minimum of 95 % compaction.
3. Provide notes to provide buttons and striping as per the City of Coppell standards.
4. Provide the proposed 15' drainage easement documents to the City for review before filing the easements.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the
marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
