The revised bid results in a savings of $19,500.00 and is based on the following:
1. The borrow material and the topsoil can be obtained fi'om the on-site existing
stockpiles located adjacent to the work.
2. The Contractor currently on the adjacent site has performed a portion of the Prepare
Right-of-Way for this project, so the price has been reduced accordingly.
