Re: Minot Plat for the Crescent Addition
Dear Nijaz:
Final review of the submitted Minor Plat for the Crescent Addition indicates that an additional
easement must be located along the westernmost property line. Based on preliminary roadway
plans, a 15' "Utility and Sidewalk Easement" must be located adjacent to the 139.99' west
property line.
Please make the necessary change to the plat and re-submit 10 black-line copies and one mylar,
with original signatures, to the Planning Depmtment. If you have any questions about the
