On 22 September 2001, a representative of Hooper Engineering Laboratories, Inc.
visited the above named project during the time in which water pressure
injection was suppose to take place, Scheduled operations for 6:30am.
Rig kept breaking down. No injection today.
SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Injection pressure 50 psi to 200 psi.
2. Injection downward in approx. 12" intervals until refusal

3. Total depth of injection - 10 feet
