Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Mr. Preston:
On January 2, 2004 you were notified to provide a cashiers check of $5,000 which will be
accepted in lieu of a surety maintenance bond for the referenced project. The City of
Coppell has not received the check and I will be unable to sign off on the Certificate of
Occupancy until the following items are completed:
1. Replace six-foot section of curb along Denton Tap Rd. noted in recent site visit (your
repair to this area was done improperly).
2. Provide a cashier's check for $5,000 as a bond for the 2-year maintenance period.
3~ Provide Verlin Adams of Adams Engineering the as-built changes for record drawings
to be submitted to City of Coppell Engineering Dept.
When these three items are complete I will sign off on the CO and send a final acceptance
