FINAL LIEN WAIVER AND RELEASE
]'he undersigned, having the position of ,~..s:~i~L,~,m¢ ~.~Z,,~//~.,,.. (Title) with Bowie
Sims Prange Inc (Subcontractor), first being duly sworn, states that he/she is duly
authorized as its agen~ to execute this Final Lien Waiver and Release. That he/she
does hereby ~di~ that has furnished alt mater~al and labor and has fulfiffed all
contractual obligations with C. Green S~ping, LP and the Owner of the project entitled
CopDell - Riverchase Elevated sidewalk Proj SW 00-01..
For the fi~ar payment of $12,928.03, and/or retainage amount and sums previously
received, which is hereby acknowledged, represents payment in full for all }abor
pedormed and material furnished by the undersigned, its subcontractors, mater~al
vendors, suppliers, agents and employees on the aforementioned Project, and that the
undersigned does hereby ce~ that all such subcontractors, material vendors,
suppliers, agents and employees have been paid in full by the undersigned and hereby
waives and releases all claims, lien rights and bond claims in connection with the
aforementioned Proje~, including but not limited to those for labor pe~ormed and
maledals furnished on the Project.
The undersigned, on behalf of Bowie Sims Prange Inc. (Sub~ntractor) does hereby
release, acquit and forever discharge, its bonding company, and the Owner of the above
described Project from any and all claims, demands and ~use of action in any manner
a~ising out of the labor and any material furnished by Bowie Sims Prange Inc.
(Subcontractor) on the Project
The undersigned acknowledges that this release and the payment of said funds shall not
be construed in any way to affect or impair any obligation of the undersigned for or in
relation to work performed or materials furnished or instal[ed and in specific shall not
alter the warranty or guaranty obligations of the undersigned
