Pursuant to our telephone discussion of this morning, attached are the following:
(i) metes and bounds description, and (ii) drawing showing location.
It is my traderstanding that you will prepare a sanitary sewer easement on the form used
by the City of CoppelI, Tens, for recordation in the Real Property Records of Datlas County,
Texas.
Please prepare such instrument as soon as possible and telecopy me a counterpart thereof.
The sale to Wcndy's International, Inc. is scheduled to close this Wednesday, and it is
essential that this matter be dealt with at or prior to this time.
