At the April 24, 2001 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with his letter are three copies of the contract signed by the Mayor. Please execute the
three original contracts, provide the required bonds and return two of the originals to the
Engineering Department. One of the copies is for your file. Once the contracts have been signed
and returned to our office, a preconstmcfion meeting will be scheduled and a notice to proceed
letter will be issued.
The inspector on this project will be Garreth Campbell. If you should have questions ~onceming
