Kimley-Hom and Associates, Inc. 12700 Park Central Drive, Suite 1800 Dallas, TX 75251 RE: First Baptist Church of Coppell Dear Mr. Hoenes: I have reviexved the grading plan we discussed this morning. I have shown the drawing to Larry Davis, the Construction Inspector for this project, and we have discussed the proposed changes. I have the following comments concerning this change: I. Construct the proposed retaining wall to the south property line. 2. Ensure that the drive approach is constructed such that it complies with all ADA accessibility requirements. 3. Construct the ADA access ramp on the south end of the drive approach. Construct the five-foot (5') sidewalk to a point approximately eight feet (8') north of the southern property line. Use the remaining length to grade the area to meet the elevation of the adjacent property. This slope should not exceed four feet horizontal for every one foot of vertical rise (4:1 ). Deposit with the City of Coppell, in a non-refundable escrow account, the cost for the construction of the remaining portion of sidewalk. When this portion of sidewalk is completed at a future date, these funds will be used for the construction. Please revise the plans to rcflect these changes and submit them with a check in the amount of the value of the remaining sidewalk to be built at a later date.
