Second Construction Review Comments
Dear Mr. Sheppard:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. On Sheet 2 of the paving plans, provide a minimum vertical curve of 100' as per the
Subdivision Ordinance.
2. The minimum radius for sanitary sewer lines shall be 850 feet. Contact Howard Pafford,
Water and Wastewater Superintendent at 304-3549 if you have any questions.
3. On Sanitary Sewer Line "B" , use concrete to stabilize the 36" RCP drainage pipe.
4. Does the % grade for Sanitary Sewer Line "A" meet the 15 fps criteria? Contact Howard
Pafford at 304-3549 if you have any questions.
5. Because the road will be functioning as a collector street primarily for commercial use,
provide 4" yellow Type II reflective buttons at 30" o.c. along the centerline of the street.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
