I am telcopyin8 a copy of this letter to them and to the other int~resl~d parties. I also would appreciate your response to the requests made in my letter, dated September 21, 1995, to you concerning the southern portion of the north-south road and the sanitary sewer ' easement. Also, we need to deal with the cormtraction of the northern potion of the north-south road in a separate developmere agreement. Please advise me how the City of Coppell wishes to proceed on this potion of the road. Presently, The Parks of Coppell Trust owns land frontLug on one side of the proposed right-of-way and the City of Coppell on the other.
