Redesign vertical alignment of Coppell Road to accommodate hydraulic analysis of the proposed
structure.
Attended City Council meeting 1/13/2004 - Received approval from City Council to proceed to
Preliminary Design Phase.
Minor adjustments to vertical alignment of Bethel Road east of downtown area.
Attended Monthly Progress Meeting 01/15/04 received input from City on various issues. (See
Meeting Minutes).
Contacted Roger Southworth from Terra Mar to obtain a memo for revising recommendations for
use of 8 inches of Subgrade with 45lbs/SY of Lime and 5.5 sack (min. 3500 psi) concrete for
concrete paving.
