1. If you mail them to Dallas County, my attention, our Property Division can file them for you. Deed
Records is dght across the street from us.
2. Our Senior Construction Inspector, Al DomJnguez, has estimated the quantities (some increase from
P-K's) and found additional items. We need to do a revised construction estimate of probable cost to
determine if any additional funding is needed from the City of Coppell.

Do you have to have the filed copies before you advertise? Finance has
had the easements since November but has yet to file them. Engineering
can send someone if you need the easements before you advertise.

P.S.: I received fax copies of the executed easements, but lack the
filed copies from the Dallas County Deed Records. Please provide me
with filed copies.
