We have addressed your comments from the preliminary submittal and have completed our fieldwork, verifying the elevations of the underground utilities. I am also forwarding a copy of the easement to the owner for their review. Once we have your approval of the easement document and plans, we will finalize the easement documents and have them ready for execution.
