Steve Kimbrel, being the owner of the property at 1401 East Sandy
Lake Road, Coppell Texas, Riverview Office Development, understands and
approves the construction of the driveway on Sandy Lake Road by the City of
Coppell.
Your signature below will permit the City of Coppell and/or their designated
contractors to enter onto your private property in order to satisfy the
commitment made by the City of Coppell to tie into your new driveway at the
expansion joint as shown on Sheet No. 8 of the Riverview Office Development
plans designed by Dowdey, Anderson and Associates, Inc. dated 08-04-03 and
approved for construction by the City of Coppell Engineering Department.
Upon acceptance you will be responsible for maintaining the improvements on
your property.
