Fence Permits for 924, 928, 932, 936, 940 and 944 Brentwood Drive
This memo is written as a clarification to my September 5, 2003 memo. If any property owner
of the referenced lots wish to pull a fence permit to rebuild or repair their existing fence in its
current location or on their back property llne, then the Engineering Department has no
problems with that.
The September 5th memo permit restrictions dealt specifically with the fences being relocated
to the excess right of way of Deforest Road.
Again, if the property owners wish to build the fence where it is or on the back property line
we have no objections.
