Fence Permits for 924, 928,932, 936, 940 and 944 Brentwood Drive
Villages of Coppell Phase 11113 Lots 30 thru 35, Block A
In July 2003, City Council approved license agreements to allow six lots along Brentwood Drive to
incorporate 10 feet of excess right-of-way from Deforest Road into their properties.
There had been some confusion over whether or not the same 10 feet had previously been allocated
to Windsor Estates. You may recall that on September 5, 2003 I sent a memo holding all permits.
At the January I3, 2004 City Council meeting, Council reaffirmed that the July 2003 license
agreements are still valid.
I respectfully request that any hold on fence permits for 924-944 Brentwood Drive be removed. I
have sent letters to each property owner (see attached) stating that they may now pull fence permits.
I also stated that all construction and material must be in compliance with the Fence Ordinance.
