Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Mr. Burkham:
On January 2, 2004 your company was notified to provide a cashiers check of $5,000 which
will be accepted in lieu ora surety maintenance bond for the referenced project. The City of
Coppell has not received the check. The following items must still be completed before I
sign off on the Certificate of Occupancy:
1. Replace six-foot section of curb along Denton Tap Rd. noted in recent site visit (your
repair to this area was done improperly).
2. Provide a cashier's check for $5,000 as a bond for the 2-year maintenance period.
3. Restore traffic control loop at Natches Trace and Denton Tap Road intersection.
When these three items are complete I will sign off on the CO and send a final acceptance
