In double checking the easement for Hillwood, I found another vault located at 980
Bethel. There are two vaults on the site and both contain a 10" double check valve
assembly and detector meter. This vault is located in a drive turn radius and is 3 foot
behind the curb at the closest point. I checked the plans and talked with Larry. There
should not be any permanent impacts or alterations to the vault. This vault still sets
outside of the limits of the ROW. Any future sidewalk or ramp should not impact the
vault either. The water line to both vaults will have to be lowered under the proposed
storm sewer to avoid a conflict.
After checking with Hillwood, I changed the easement document to read "vaults".
