We are in about the same boat.
1 ) The consultant is working on the corrections to the 60% plans.
There was not anything significant, it was just small corrections and
should be back soon.
2) We have worked with the property owners where we needed the ROW
before we started the project and we just need to get back with them on
the final ROW widths and costs. We need property from the airport. I
don't know about us going to much further to the north for the whole
run, since we have the tie in with the SH 121 bridge. We will look at
it if that is what you are doing.
3) My bosses are to schedule a meeting with your boss on the interlocal
agreement for construction and airport issues.
4) From what I have heard Verizon is out of the way and may require
only a few depth locations at inlet location. Explorer Pipeline was
preliminarily OK with the design also.

An update on Bethel Road:
1. The plans are approximately 80% complete.
2. We have started acquiring the right-of-way. May have to redesign a
portion of the roadway to avoid getting on DFW property. Does not
appear that they will work with us on right-of-way. We will probably
have a condemnation for one property.
3. Consultant is working on the channel improvements. Meeting with
consultant and environmental consultant to discuss channel
construction.
4. Estimated construction start - June 2004.
5. Some utilities have relocated and others are waiting on the
right-of-way acquisition.
