Has Alan Plummer done a preliminary jurisdictional determination to identify the ordinary high water mark, etc?
That information would be helpful to us as we evaluate options for the culvert at Coppell. We need to make sure
that our disturbance stays under the NW permit limits. Please let me know if the information could be made
available to us.
We will be sending you some information on both the Bethel and Coppell crossings very soon. Some more
coordination with Transystems is going to be needed on the design in order to accommodate headwater depths
etc. I'm sure they are expecting that since you are now look ng at changing the channel design. Taking out the
concrete lining will change their n values and affect the water depths that we have all been designing with.
