Those in Attendance: Chief David Miller Mr. Ken Griffin ;~ Mr. Jim Koch Mr. Greg Schon Coppell Police Depatiment Coppert City Engineer Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers Phillips Swager Associates (PSA) March 28, 1995 BIllPOSE: Review issues regarding roadway at Police and Court Building. NF, W BIT~INF,~q~q: The following issues were discussed: 2/1 Roadway needs slight curve to the east to provide adequate depth for commercial development on lots along Denton Tap Road. 2/2 Road currently shown divided; may be four lane undivided. 2/3 May do one-half (city side) of roadway until west side is developed. ~x O 2/4 Estimated cost would be + $250/1in. ft. of road with utilities. There is approximately 1,600 ft. of proposed roadway. 2/5 Utilities to proposed police and courts site: Sanitary sewer - None at Denton Tap or Parkway. School extended sewer to near the back of City Hall. Water - Available at Denton Tap and Parkway. 2/6 Police Site will need to be platted. 2/7 Coppell's Charter precludes an engineer from contracting with City while doing private sector work in the city. Consequently Pacheco Koch' s contract will need to go through PSA. 2/8 Jim Koch picked up pertinent utilities info, roadway and site data from the Engineering Deparhaent for the Police and Courts, and Fire Station fac~itles. The above summation is our interpretation of the items discussed and decisions reached at the above referenced meeting. Any persons desiring to add to or revise the notes are requested to put theft comments in writing to the Architect within ten days, otherwise the above will stand as written.
