Abel:
I will send the easements to you. We have $57,532 remaining in the FY
2001 CDBG funds for this project. We went to Council with a resolution
authorizing the transfer of $19,034 from FY 2000 funds to this project.
I sent a letter to Ms. Rachel Brown on April 1, 2003 indicating that the
City has encumbered an additional $75,000 for construction from CIP
funds.
