3. Remove redwood from fire hydrant valve and seal '//
4. Raise curbstop to grade and paint lid blue
5. Double-check on imgation and domestic meters need test paperwork
6. Mark FHV in red on curb /
7. Valve in sidewalk not 1o grade /
9. Mark CO in red on curb and paint sewer clean out lid red
l 0. Clean sewer line fi.om building to sewer main '/ /
11. Mark MH in red on curb at manhole and paint lid on manhole red
