At the December 12, 1995 council meeting, City Council approved the conceptual plans for Belt
Line Road from MacArthur Blvd to Denton Tap Road as presented. Therefore, this letter is
your official notification that the City of Coppell is in agreement with the conceptual plans as
presented.
