Per our telephone conversation of October 26, 1995, The Y-inlets are sized to receive runoffunder existing conditions. An RCP stubout will be provided for future tie-ins under fully developed conditions. We have added the existing 100-year discharges for the affected drainage areas to the drainage area map. The size of the RCP stubout has also been noted on the paving plans. 2-8. Complete. .~ 9. We have explored the possibility of eliminating this Y-inlet. Based on our preliminary investigation. we recommend leaving this inlet in-place. The additional fill required to cause drainage area I-4 to drain to the east would, offset any savings achieved by deleting the inlet. We will continue to evaluate this item as the drainage improvements are developed. 10. Complete. 1 I. The reference to a Y-inlet has been removed from the paving plan at station 117+00.
