Attached are the preliminary paving plans and the drainage area map submitted for review.
Please address all the comme~nts on the plans and in this letter. Several of the items listed were
no corrected in the last submittal. Re-submittals to the County should include the original
marked set of plans and should address the comments on the plans and in this letter. Please call

-Final locations for proposed benchmarks will be determined in the field and reflected on
the appropriate paving and drainage plans.
Property owners addresses, lot and block, volume and page of record need to be
determined and shown on the paving and drainage plans and right-of-way documents.
All existing drainage structures should be labeled either "to be removed", "to remain in
use", or "to be plugged."
Coppell has requested 4:1 slopes within their City.
Additional field work is necessary at Northlake Drive and Riverside Church to reduce
the proposed grade break at the tie-in points.
Move inlet at Station 5+00 (right) west 10'.

Add TC elevation at inlet, paving Station 11 + 10.
Coppeli to provide locations for conduit sleeves.

up a maximum of approximately 40 cfs. Headwalls need to be provided where the run-
off concentration exceeds 40 cfs.
