Services: Drilled pier observation.
On this date, HBC/Terracon's project manager arrived at the above referenced jobsite to observed the
start of the pier drilling operations. Water, sand and gravel were encountered at approximately
14 feet below the surface during the drilling of the first pier. It was determined that casing
would be required. A second pier was drilled at the northeast corner of the project. This pier was
drilled successfully without the need for casing.

On this date, HBC/Terracon's technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
drilled pier observation. See the attached sheet(s) for recorded data.
NOTE: Piers E/9 and C.9/8 were drilled but not concreted due to caving in. These pier holes
will need to be cased. The contractor backfilled these pier holes and will complete them
at a later date.
Piers C/8 and E/1 were drilled but not completed due to caving in and the need of casing.
These pier holes were also backfilled to be completed at a later date.
