I am writing to follow up with you regarding Mike Jones' letter of May 16
requesting a fee increase for landscape design. We would like to authorize
NJB to proceed with preparing landscape plans. However, we do not think it
is appropriate to do so until the contract amendment issue is resolved. We
have not reached a critical schedule point yet, but I don't want to leave
them with insufficient time to prepare their plans.
