Meeting with builder 1/28/04
A meeting was held with the builder representative on Thursday, January 28, 2004
during which was discussed the elements of a letter written to Pete Hennessey, P.E.
regarding unauthorized work activity at St. Andrews Estates. The letter expressed
the need for immediate attention to several issues, in particular safety and erosion
control. The importance of compliance to regulations was again discussed with the
builder representative and from this point forward, the City of Copper expects
compliance with its regulations, as well as those of the State of Texas and the federal
government, at this work site.
